Are online payments secure?

Security of your payments is our priority, that is why we have SSL security certificate ("https://" and the closed padlock symbol in the address bar mean that the links are secure and the data is encrypted) and we use only reliable payment systems - Przelewy24.

How can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

To receive a VAT invoice please enter your company's VAT ID in the comment section of your order. You can also send a request for a VAT invoice to hello@thingpositive.com.

Delivery

What are the possible delivery options?

Products are sent by DPD courier or to InPost parcel lockers (Poland)

Is it possible to ship abroad?

Would you like us to send the mat abroad? No problem - write to us and we will check the delivery costs for you.

How quickly will my order arrive?

We try to send orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receiving payment. The time of delivery by courier should be added to the shipping time, usually it is 1-2 working days. If it happens that after a few working days you do not receive the parcel from us, let us know - we will check with the transport company why it happens.

How do we pack?

The packages we send are ecological and environmentally friendly. We wrap the mats in paper and pack them in cardboard boxes. The paper and stickers we use are 100% recycled paper. Our flyers are made with a blend of recycled linen.

Returns

How do I return a product?

We are sure you will love our mats as much as we do! However, should you for any reason decide to return the product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to do so. To make the return process as smooth as possible, please fill out our returns form and enclose it with the returned product. You will find the return address on the form. We will arrange the refund upon receipt of your parcel.

How can I complain about a product?

We care about the highest quality of our products, because we want them to serve you for as long as possible. If you have any doubts or reservations, please contact us at hello@thingpositive.com.

Can I exchange the product for another?

The exchange process is nothing more than returning an already purchased product and placing the order again.
